Office Executive to Global CFO (GCFO)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Executive to Global CFO (GCFO). This role provides crucial support in managing the day-to-day operations. The executive will help ensure the efficient functioning of the GCFO’s office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks with precision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GCFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the GCFO.
  • Act as a liaison between the GCFO and other senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Prepare and communicate agendas and meeting notes to relevant parties.
  • Organize leadership meetings, product strategy sessions, and team events.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as required.
  • Coordinate team-building activities, internal events, and product launches.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Experience in supporting senior executives, ideally within product, technology, or project management domains.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
