Associate Marketing Operations (MarOps)

About the Role: We are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support our MarOps team across CRM administration, data operations, outbound enablement, and marketing automation. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this role collaborates closely with Sales, RevOps, and regional marketing teams across GCC, APAC, US, and Europe. AI fluency is central to this role – the ideal candidate actively leverages tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate data processing, lead classification, and reporting workflows, and continuously looks for manual tasks that can be automated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM – manage contact properties, lifecycle stages, lists, and workflows.
  • Support HubSpot–Salesforce sync hygiene: monitor errors, troubleshoot field mapping issues, and maintain data consistency across both platforms.
  • Process, clean, enrich, and deduplicate large contact and account datasets (thousands of rows) for CRM import using Excel, Apollo.io, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain segmented outbound prospect workbooks to support multi-region campaigns across GCC, APAC, US, and Europe.
  • Process event and trade show lead lists for rapid CRM ingestion and campaign enrollment.
  • Pull and structure engagement data from LinkedIn (post reactions, comments, profile visits) and other channels to feed SDR outreach and campaign reporting.
  • Build HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stage management, and internal notifications.
  • Support Salesforce reporting and dashboards for funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity) and quarterly OKR tracking.
  • Build automation flows using Make, Zapier, and Clay to replace manual, repetitive tasks across the stack.
  • Actively identify manual workflows across the MarOps function and propose AI-driven solutions to automate them.
  • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily to accelerate data cleaning, lead classification, enrichment, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Sales Operations role.
  • Working proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce – list management, workflow building, lifecycle stage management, and basic reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience enriching and processing large B2B datasets using Apollo.io, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, text functions, deduplication, and handling large workbooks.
  • Hands-on experience building automations in Zapier, Make, or a comparable low-code platform.
  • Clear fluency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, with the ability to walk through specific examples of how they have used AI to enrich data, classify leads, or automate reporting tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with messy, large-scale data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly for the team.
