Job Overview:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of industry experience to help us craft exceptional digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring user-centric designs to life. Your role will be pivotal in transforming complex ideas into beautiful, functional designs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Illustrate design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design visually appealing graphic user interface elements and libraries.
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate product functionality.
• Create original graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and tables.
• Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UX challenges to improve the overall user experience.
• Lead design thinking sessions based on user feedback and research.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, component libraries, and consistent brand guidelines.

 

Requirements & Skills:

 

• A degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design capabilities and UX case studies.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and other prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to completion while meeting deadlines.
