Program Manager
NETSOL Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale enterprise software development and rollout programs for our global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, client engagement, and cross-functional team leadership, with a deep understanding of the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex software delivery programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders for one of the assigned regions (e.g., APME, UK & Europe, North America, etc.).
- Interfaces with customer middle and executive-level management regularly and is responsible for relationship management from the delivery side.
- Lead and oversee multiple regional projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, goals, KPIs, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate closely with assigned Project Managers and cross-functional teams—including Product Owners, Engineering, Scrum Masters, DevOps, ProdOps, and Customer Success—to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensures the delivery of the projects in the assigned region effectively and efficiently within the given budget, scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, change control, and dependency tracking across concurrent projects.
- Conduct regular status meetings and executive briefings with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
- Coaches and mentors new project managers on NETSOL’s established PM processes and Governance Model.
- Ensure adherence to NETSOL’s quality assurance and project governance standards.
- Responsible for responding to various RFX documents (RFI, RFP, etc.) from a Project Management perspective by providing accurate effort estimations, timelines, and delivery approaches. Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to ensure timely and comprehensive completion of RFXs and related documentation.
- Lead team performance management, mentoring, and resource planning for successful program delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in project/program management within the enterprise software domain.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven track record of managing global enterprise software delivery (ideally in the leasing/finance domain).
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, MS Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and others.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
- Experience working with financial institutions, captive auto finance companies, or leasing clients.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, client-facing environment.
- Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure.
