The Enterprise Transformation Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for identifying, prioritising and delivering transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations and other corporate functions. Reporting directly to the VP of AI, this role combines business transformation, process redesign, automation, AI adoption and technology enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation roadmap
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from discovery through value realisation
  • Facilitate workshops, process assessments and operating model reviews
  • Design future-state processes and automation strategies
  • Work closely with AI, Data, Engineering and Automation teams
  • Establish governance, KPIs and benefits tracking
  • Act as a hands-on practitioner, directly contributing to analysis, process design and solution shaping

Essential Experience
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes
• Experience across Finance, HR, Sales and Operations
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, workflow, automation, analytics and data platforms
• Proven track record delivering automation, digital and AI-enabled transformation
• Experience developing business cases, operating models and value-realisation frameworks
• Strong executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on and drive delivery

Desirable

• Experience with Generative AI, intelligent automation or process mining
  • Lean Six Sigma, BPM or Operational Excellence expertise
  • Experience in an AI Lab, Transformation Office or Consulting environment
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe
