Scrum Master (SaaS Industry, 3+ Years’ Experience)

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams, ensuring efficient collaboration, and delivering high-quality SaaS solutions. You will act as a servant leader, guiding the teams to follow Scrum principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve their effectiveness and maturity in Agile practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth progress of development activities.
• Track and report key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile adoption across teams and help scale Agile best practices within the organization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment.
• Support the team in achieving their commitments and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to optimize Agile practices.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS-based company.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coach teams in Agile best practices and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify team challenges and implement solutions.
• Experience in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks is a plus).
• Certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist) is preferred.
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools is a plus.
