Position Overview:

 

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI at NETSOL, you will provide strategic leadership for all AI initiatives, driving the company’s vision for AI-powered innovation and technology excellence. This role focuses on building an AI-first organization by establishing long-term strategies, scaling AI systems, and embedding AI capabilities across all product and business verticals. You will shape NETSOL’s technology roadmap, influence industry standards, and lead transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Define and lead NETSOL’s AI technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision for innovation and growth.
2. Provide strategic oversight to integrate AI into core business functions and operations.
3. Lead the organization’s digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of AI technologies.
4. Design and implement scalable, robust AI and machine learning systems.
5. Oversee the development of AI models and frameworks for various applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
6. Drive the adoption of cloud-based solutions and modern tech stacks for optimal AI deployment.
7. Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI strategies with business goals.
8. Influence cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies across departments.
9. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to translate AI potential into tangible business outcomes.
10. Establish frameworks for ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data privacy laws.
11. Champion innovation by fostering partnerships with academic institutions, AI labs, and industry leaders.
12. Drive internal R&D initiatives to explore cutting-edge AI advancements and opportunities.
13. Build, mentor, and scale a world-class AI and technology team.
14. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
15. Set performance benchmarks for the AI team and ensure continuous upskilling.
16. Represent NETSOL as a thought leader in the AI domain through public speaking, whitepapers, and industry forums.
17. Build strategic alliances to enhance the company’s reputation as an AI innovator.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Proven experience in AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong background in software development, machine learning, and data analytics.
3. Experience in a business development or sales role, with a track record of driving revenue through technology solutions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
5. In-depth understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and more).
6. Strong project management and leadership abilities, with a focus on delivering AI solutions on time and within scope.
7. Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory considerations surrounding AI deployment.
